By accessing or using Focus+ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You can access Focus+ either by signing in with your email, which sends you a single-use code, or by continuing with your Google Account. There is no password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and for keeping access to the email address or Google Account you sign in with. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Minimal Desk Setups and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Focus+ offers an optional integration with Google Calendar, separate from signing in with Google. If you choose to connect your calendar, you authorize Focus+ to access and, where you enable two-way sync, to create and update events in your Google Calendar, as described in our Privacy Policy. Focus+'s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your use of Google Calendar remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. You may disconnect the integration at any time from Settings. Focus+ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services such as Google.
Focus+ is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
Focus+ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria in the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
